1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ide77 website, mobile-optimized site, all associated subdomains, and any software interface operated by ide77 and accessible at ide77.club.
• "Member" means any individual who has completed the ide77 registration process and holds an active, verified account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member upon successful registration, through which that Member accesses all ide77 services.
• "Balance" means the total Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) funds currently held in a Member's ide77 Account, including deposited funds and any credited bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by ide77 subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions, distinct from real-money funds deposited by the Member.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate betting turnover a Member must complete before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process ide77 requires Members to complete in order to confirm eligibility, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable anti-money laundering standards.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction other than those in which ide77 is authorized to offer services. Members are responsible for determining whether online gambling is legal in their specific jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action defined in Section 9 of these Terms as expressly forbidden on the ide77 Platform.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the ide77 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their membership:

• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. ide77 is an adults-only platform and strictly prohibits access by minors.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any Restricted Territory in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ide77, nor an immediate family member of such an individual.
• You must not have a self-exclusion order active at ide77 or have been previously permanently banned from the Platform.

ide77 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any Member at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ide77 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the Member's account.

3 Account Registration

To access ide77's services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. The following conditions apply to all ide77 Accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on ide77. Opening, operating, or being a beneficial owner of more than one Account — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful registration details including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. ide77 reserves the right to verify this information at any time.
• Account Currency: All ide77 Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). This cannot be changed after registration.
• Registration Acceptance: ide77 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Submission of a registration form does not guarantee Account creation.
• KYC Verification: ide77 may require Members to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests or lifting deposit limits. Required documents typically include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ide77 Account credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:

• You must keep your ide77 login password strictly confidential and must not share it with any third party under any circumstances.
• ide77 support staff will never ask for your password. Any request for your password should be treated as a fraudulent impersonation attempt.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorized by you or not, unless you have previously notified ide77 of unauthorized access and ide77 has confirmed the suspension of your Account.
• You must notify ide77 immediately via the live chat support channel if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization.
• ide77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account, available from the security settings panel after login.
• ide77 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure.

5 Deposits

ide77 accepts deposits from Members via the following Indonesian payment channels, all processed in IDR with no currency conversion fees:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The following conditions apply to all deposits on ide77:

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Member's own name. ide77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within the ide77 platform after login.
• ide77 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees levied by the Member's payment provider are the Member's sole responsibility.
• ide77 credits deposits to a Member's Account upon confirmed receipt of funds from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method but are typically instant to under five minutes for e-wallet deposits and under five minutes for local bank transfers during standard WIB banking hours.
• ide77 reserves the right to request evidence of ownership for the payment method used before processing a withdrawal, in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.

6 Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawal of their available real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to satisfy anti-money laundering compliance requirements.
• ide77 targets processing of standard withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes during standard Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7) business hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or for accounts undergoing KYC review.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page within the ide77 platform after login and are subject to change at ide77's discretion.
• ide77 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Members are responsible for any fees levied by their receiving bank or e-wallet provider.
• ide77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) calendar days of the request may result in the withdrawal being cancelled and the funds returned to the Member's Account balance.
• In the event that ide77 suspects a withdrawal request is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, ide77 may place a hold on the withdrawal pending investigation. ide77 will not be liable for any delays caused by such holds where there are reasonable grounds to initiate an investigation.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

ide77 offers various promotional bonuses to Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Indonesian calendar. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational use by genuine Members. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or systematically game bonus structures is prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Unless otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms, a minimum wagering requirement applies before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds and real-money Balance are held separately in a Member's Account. ide77's platform applies Bonus Funds to eligible wagers in accordance with the promotion's rules. Some bonuses require a deposit to activate; others are credited automatically.
• ide77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is modified or cancelled after a Member has already opted in, ide77 will notify the Member and handle any resulting balance in a fair and reasonable manner.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per device, per IP address, or per payment method, unless the promotion expressly states otherwise.
• ide77 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus payments and associated winnings in cases where ide77 reasonably believes a breach of these Terms or the specific bonus terms has occurred.

8 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply across all ide77 product categories, including sportsbook, live casino, slots, fish shooting games, and card games. Specific rules for individual products and game variants are published within the respective product sections of the ide77 platform.

• Sportsbook: All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. ide77 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to technical error. For in-play markets, bets accepted during a confirmed stoppage in play may be voided at ide77's discretion. Mix parlay (combination accumulator) bets are governed by the sportsbook rules displayed in the betting interface.
• Live Casino: Games are conducted by third-party live dealer studios (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live) under their respective game rules. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome will be determined by the studio's game completion protocol. Credits for voided rounds will be applied in accordance with the relevant studio's policy.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ide77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating more than one ide77 Account, or acting as a beneficial owner of an Account registered in another person's name.
• Using any automated system, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access the Platform, or circumvent any Platform security measure.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated exploitation of sportsbook odds, live casino games, or any other Platform product.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, game glitches, or incorrectly published odds for systematic financial gain.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory or using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to mask a Restricted Territory origin.
• Engaging in any conduct that interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or degrades the experience of other Members.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your ide77 Account or Account credentials to any third party.

10 Responsible Gaming

ide77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Members. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all ide77 Accounts:

• ide77 provides all Members with access to configurable deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), loss limits, and session time alerts from the Account dashboard after login. Limit-tightening requests take effect immediately with no waiting period.
• Members may request a temporary cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion from ide77's 24/7 live chat support. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of five (5) years.
• ide77 reserves the right to enforce responsible gaming limits, require a KYC review, or restrict access for any Account where ide77's systems identify patterns consistent with problem gambling behavior.
• ide77 strictly enforces its 21+ age requirement and will permanently close any Account found to be operated by a minor, returning deposited funds to the payment method of origin where technically possible.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the ide77 Platform — including but not limited to the ide77 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, sportsbook data feeds, promotional materials, and any other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to ide77 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ide77 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from the ide77 Platform without express written authorization from ide77.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on ide77 content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technical components of the ide77 Platform.
• Use any ide77 branding, trademarks, or trade dress in connection with any third-party product, service, or website.

Any unauthorized use of ide77's intellectual property may result in immediate Account termination and legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ide77 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of funds arising from a Member's own decision to place bets or wagers on the Platform, including losses incurred through legitimate gambling outcomes.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from a Member's use of or inability to use the ide77 Platform.
• Any losses arising from unauthorized access to a Member's Account where that access resulted from the Member's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Any interruption, delay, or failure of the ide77 Platform resulting from circumstances beyond ide77's reasonable control, including telecommunications infrastructure failures, distributed denial-of-service attacks, natural disasters, or acts of government.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided on the Platform, including but not limited to sports statistics, odds data, and game paytable information.

Nothing in these Terms limits ide77's liability for death or personal injury caused by ide77's own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Amendments

ide77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at ide77.club/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document.

Where ide77 makes a material change to these Terms, ide77 will provide notice to Members via the Platform and/or by email to the address registered on the Member's Account at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the ide77 Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your Account and withdraw your remaining Balance before the amendment takes effect.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of ide77's international licensing jurisdiction. To the extent that local consumer protection laws in Indonesia provide rights that cannot be contractually waived, those rights are not affected by these Terms.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the ide77 Platform or these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice by either party, the dispute will be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body as designated by ide77. The language of arbitration will be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents ide77 from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
